I had a lovely experience at Mgh Alona Resort. The staff were charming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast that offered a delightful variety, including fresh fruit.

Wi-Fi was slow.

The location is super close to the beach! Loved my daily breakfast, lots to choose from. Only downside? Stairs could trip you up! 😅

I encountered prostitutes near the entrance in the evening making uncomfortable verbal offers. Also, the directions from the beach drop-off were terribly misleading, taking me all the way around to the back when the front entrance was a mere 150 feet up the road. This lack of clear guidance really added unnecessary stress to my arrival.

My room was spacious with a flat-screen TV, and fresh towels appeared every day, keeping everything neat and tidy. However, I ran into an issue with the directions from the beach drop-off. They were misleading, making my initial arrival a bit stressful. The signs near the entrance were also quite off-putting, filled with rules that made the atmosphere feel a bit restrictive. I encountered noise issues at night, especially from the air conditioning and outside disturbances, which affected my sleep. Despite these hiccups, the stay was enjoyable due to the lovely pool and the tasty breakfast options.

There’s a big disconnect between room photos and actual rooms, leading to disappointment!!! Also, directions could be clearer, as getting lost is not fun. A toilet at the lobby would be greatly appreciated!!!
